What the Apple system does
High-resolution cameras observe the product as it moves along the line and compare what they see with a reference image. If something does not match, the system flags it in real time.
✅ Attendance check
Instantly detects the absence of components along the line (for example, a missing nail).
🎨 Logo check
Check the print quality and ensure all colors are present by examining the printer’s output.
How it works
- The system learns from a “master” image that is free of defects, which serves as the nominal reference.
- During in-line transit, the software compares the captured image with the established model.
- If it detects an anomaly, it sends a signal to activate ejection mechanisms or audible and visual alarms.
What the system includes
- 4 smart cameras complete with illuminator, amplifier, and polarizing filter
- Trigger input and reject digital output included in the application
- 1 PC for camera training and threshold setting
- Support mechanism for cameras, with manual position adjustment for format changes
The step that makes the difference: integration
