ISO 9001:2008 Certification
One of Salardi’s objectives for year 2013 was to obtain ISO 9001: 2008 certification.
The decision to adopt a Quality Management System by Salardi Sistemi S.a.s. it is due to the implementation of a corporate strategic plan that leads to a qualitative and productive recognition of the services.
The production sectors in which Salardi Sistemi is inserted are the most diverse; wherever services are required on a machine or an automated system, from the food sector, to the pharmaceutical one, from the logistic one, to the robotic one, etc,
it is our possibility to operate the risks that can be encountered are related to the safety of using the finished machine.
The firm’s needs are to find internal and external collaborators, for business expansion, with the requisites of capacity, confidentiality and integrity that meet the qualitative criteria established by the management body.
The main objectives are summarized in the delivery of orders that comply with the customer’s requests, within the schedule foreseen, having the company standard qualities, verified and resulting free from substantial errors; taking over the client’s ideas and projects to create and their subsequent realization.
The resulting products are orders completed in good time, with the specifications requested by the customer, with a margin of error of less than 3%, with precise and high quality standards, ready for delivery and subsequent production.
STATEMENT OF THE QUALITY POLICY
The Management, as part of the program aimed at establishing, maintaining and improving its Quality Management System, intends to pursue the objective of providing services (projects and consultancy) that meet the needs and expectations of its customers in compliance the principles of confidentiality and competence established as internal requirements and the criteria set out by the reference standard UNI EN ISO 9001
The Management has identified the main points on which good work by the company is based and is working to perfect them and make them even more valuable.
The main objectives can be summarized in:
Taking charge of the customer target and its development.
Delivery of orders in compliance with the customer’s requests, on schedule, having company standards, agreed and verified.
The added value is also guaranteed by the continuous maintenance of internal efficiency through the organization, the standardization of activities and the refresher training of the designers. The heads of the divisions take care of a continuous monitoring of the processes to avoid leaks and waste of time.
Through the adoption of the quality system outlined above, the constant and continuous conformity of the expected results is guaranteed to the customer.
